PS has to be capitalized or it won't work. Then wthin that folder create another called THEME ,capitals also. When you save it put the file in the THEME folder of the PS3. After you have saved it eject the usb then put it in the ps3 usb port. Go to theme settings. In Theme pic install at the very top your file for the theme you just downloaded should be in there. Pic it, install it. Your set.
