Just for clarification: By inferior, I only mean the version number, not that the Theme Builder ITSELF is inferior. Quite the contrary, lili-chan's Builder is the best one out there!

I can't believe they actually used an inferior version of lili-chan's PS3 Theme Builder to create these...

Good job putting the Fallout 3 logo right where all our system crap goes, like the Notification box and the News bar. We really needed something else to convolute that area.
