how do u add sounds on a ps3 theme?? how can i make a .vag sound file? what converter do u use??

I have started to notice that out of the 5 backgrounds only 4 ever display, the size is right 1920x1080 & jpg format. I have noticed this with 2 other themes, anybody have any thoughts? Other than its random because if you reselect the same theme, you can get the background to change.

The background that I don't get diplayed on my PS3 is one with Snake' head on the left-hand side and Metal Gear Ray in RED across the bottom and some words... has anybody else noticed this as well?
