How do you actually change the sound. Iv put my sound files in VAG format but they just come out as a horrible tv type static sound. Any help please :(

How did you apply 2.40 Icons with sound?
my compiler always states "failed' unknown tagname 'setable' - which is the sound.
im either forced to go without sound or without the icons.
