In that case it's okay, but still, I really don't like themes that have not been fully made by the said author.

I mean he must have spent hours doing them, and them someone takes them without even speding a minute on icons. Meh.

I don't see a problem with tipixx using another's icons so long as he clearly states that he has done so, which he did.
