Personally, FOM was a better game due to its narrative structure and fun gameplay. Every weapon you picked up was in your weapon wheel (a thing Insomniac does well with the Ratchet series) which opened a lots of ways to approach each situation. Which is where the huge let down R2 was, thanks to getting stuck at parts and without the option to try any or all the weapons available to tackle it. And the "bosses" weren't challenging at all. Just large. Just saying lol
