Judging from the preview image, the main problem I have with your theme is the icons. Ideally, an icon should be representative of it's function so that navigation is intuitive.

To me, this theme is like making all the keys on your phone's key pad the number one. In other words, MAKE ICONS THAT SHOW WHAT THE BUTTON DOES.
